Cooey 82 Parts

I’m restoring a commercial version of the Cooey 82 and am in need of front and mid band screws, mine are bent with crushed threads; anyone have or know someone or have a source for something similar? Also and I know this is a real long shot, does anyone have or know anywhere to grab the peep sight? Thanks for any help.
