Cooey 82 rear sight options

I have a Cooey Model 82 and I'm looking for a different rear sight. It has a flat base and screw and I'm assuming this is for a peep sight.

Looking for a sight that will adjust elevation and windage without having to modify anything to the rifle.

Is the peep sight the only option? Where can I find the peep sight in Canada?
