Cooey 84 Extremely Heavy Trigger

I just purchased a Cooey 84 and it has a very heavy trigger. It's the heaviest thing I've ever pulled. Much heavier than my other Cooey.

Maybe pull the stock off and spray the heck out of sprigs etc and relube. Could just be rusted/crud in there.

First thing to do is inspect what you have. If you need a hammer or trigger, let me know, I have parts.

Probably some junk in the trigger group.

I haven't got it up and running yet but I did free up the ejector today. This Cooey hasn't seen much use. It's a Sureshot actually and the case colouring is the best I've seen on one of these old girls.

There was a bunch of grease in the action which I cleaned out which could be in the trigger group as well. Any idea how long the Sureshot were made?
