If it is a sticker serial number issued by the RCMP, then there is no way of telling. My Cooey 60 has one of those, since it didnt have a serial number.
Made between 1903 and 1961....the serial numbers info was not retained much like Winchester early levers. With serial numbers, it may have to be within the last 5 years of production. Model 60s are the same, just different stocks.

I suspect the only way to date them is in general terms, according to variations in the roll marks. Many were made for third party retailers as well, and accordingly.
I was wondering the same thing I have a cooey 600 w/ serial stamped on the receiver and I wanted to know how old it was. Let me know if you find out where to look up the info on serial #'s.
Model 600s were made from 1967 to 1979. I suspect that a 600 with an actual ser# and not a sticker would reflect close to 79 manf. I think Lakefield had ser# on there product when they bought the plant and parts from winchester.
Cooey timelines:
1903---opens machine shop in Toronto.
1919---- first 22 is made( model Canuck with a ser#)
1961---Upon the death of his son the old boy sells to winchester.
1964----Early 63 winchester brings out the semi auto 22 model 64 that was on the planning board but never made by Cooey.
1979----Winchester sells out to Lakefield Arms Ltd.
With the book COOEY FIREARMS MADE IN CANADA most of the Cooey models can be dated close by stock design, type of wood used and screw heads------Cowboy
Yes I have a book but encourage all cooey fans to buy one of their own. They can be had for around $15 and are full of good info. If you go to abebooks and title search cooey firearms made in canada they have copies starting at under $10------Cowboy
