Can anyone tell me if cooey made any 12 or 20 ga vent rib guns? I've never seen one. Does such a beast exist?

I haven't seen one either, but ribs cost money, and Cooey was all about producing a gun as cheaply as possible.

I've got lots of cooey parts list and none say anything about a rib.I will say though that alot of stuff was made and " shipped out the back door " so when Winchester bought them out it's quite possible a few were made up by the employees and out the back door they went.I have a couple 22's that were made this way and never marketed.I guess it helps living close to the old plant and knowing alot of people that worked there !
