Does anyone know of a good resource (books, websites, etc) I could use to learn about the history and various models of Cooey firearms produced in Canada over the years? I think I might be a closet Cooey collector, but I can't find the necessary reference materials to say for sure...:p

Thanks :)

I miss my 3 Cooey's... The First gun I ever owned at the age of 13... A Model 60 with an old steel tube fixed 4X Weaver... I shot many a rabbit and partridge with them. Alas my father had a house fire and they were badly scorched.... But my fishing rods made it through?!

You are not the only one with a soft spot for those old Cooey's!

I have the Belton book and it's far from useless. For less than $20 delivered I found it worth the money.

The book that I have is a Historical Arms series No. 28 by John A. Belton.
I picked it up at a gun show and have not seen one since. A great referance manual for Cooey rifles.
