Hi guys. I apologize in advance any poor use of firearm terminology...
I finally got around to checking out a Model 39 my wife got from her father. When I close the action on the model 39, the rifle does not "####" (bolt head follows the bolt home) From what I remember of the model 60 I used to have, the action didn't work this way (would stay cocked when bolt was closed)
I know they're different rifles (single shot - tube fed repeater) but I thought the operation would be the same.
Is this normal operation for the 39, or is something broken?
