cooey model 60 bolt stuck

So I got myself a model 60.
Took it apart cleaned surface rust and oiled up.
Put it back together and cycled bolt a few times.
Seemed stiff but thinking thats a cooey thing?
Well now its stuck.
Its in to open position but wont pull back.
Any suggestions?

Well I got that figured out but the bolt is really stiff.
Is this common due to the design?

If I recall the stud that that holds the receiver to the stock also guides the magazine as the action cycles. If you thread the stud in too far the mag jams at some point in the stroke. Have to play with it a bit but they can be adjusted to have minimal drag - never buttery smooth though.

Thanks a ton.
I got lookin much nicer but am having issues with getting at rust around front sight.
Really like this little rifle.
