cooey model 60 stock

There is a company named GS Woodwork that has a stock duplication machine. They have a Facebook page but they are doing nice work. They are in Moncton. They can duplicate the original stock if you send it to them. Otherwise it is a matter of getting a hold of a spare original and those are getting harder to source.

Looks great but sounds awfully cost prohibitive

Owner doesn't want new stock he wants to fix the existing one it has sentimental value.. need advice to fix it. I'm thinking of drilling a bunch of thin holes into the crack and putting in wooden dowels and either use wood glue or epoxy and clamp in together.. or I can cut slots on the inside and put braces or something. Whatever I do I just want to do it right lol. Uploading pics for you guys
