There were actually 2 models from the Winchester/Cooey plant in Coburg. The 71 and the 710
As has been mentioned, the receiver is cylindrical [ala 700 Remington] The bolt is very similar to
a M70, but without the integral safety. Safety is down on the RH side of the receiver, and is 2 position
only.
Trigger is M70 type. I have owned several of these over the years, in chamberings from the 225 Winchester
up to the 30-06. All were decently accurate, but rather plain, rifles. D.
