Cooey Model 840 .410

Does anyone happen to know if a Cooey Model 840 in .410 can shoot 2.5" shells?

I know it can shoot 2 3/4" and 3", but an Uncle gave me 2 1/2" shells and was wondering if it was possible in this model?

The Winchester /Cooey is chambered for 3 inch shells.It can shoot any .410 shell as long as it is not over 3 inches.

I don't think there are any 2 3/4 inch .410 shells just 2 1/2 and 3 inch.

Never thought of that. From what I see you are right. I am new to .410s but assumed the shorter ones my brother in law were using were 2 3/4 but they must have been 2 1/2.
