Cooey Model 840 low serial

My friend has a cooey model 840 (12 gauge) with a serial number between 1-10.

I know reg 840 are worth close to nothing. Does the serial changes something ?

well I love 84's , but not a huge fan of 840's. So, not much. if it was a low # 84 id pay a bit more than average, cause that's just cool to have.

It's worth between $60.00 and $130.00 depending on condition. If it was new in box, never fired it would be worth more.
