Cooey Model 840

Hey guys,
I was wondering before I purchased a model 840 how difficult a 20 gauge barrel with the extractor would be to find.
Also, I'm assuming there is no problem with swapping the barrel of a 12 gauge with that of a new 20 gauge given that they are the same model and action.

Headspace is the problem. If the replacement barrel lock's up, your on the right road!
I have a Cooey 20ga for sale by the way........

I have never tried this but cannot see iof possible why back in the day they didnot offer two barrel sets
I would be suprised if it can be done successfully but interested to know

I've fitted different barrels to different actions in the past. They are rarely just a swap.
