I've had these awhile so just thought I'd show them to Cooey shotgun enthusiasts. They are a complete set of Cooey shotgun receivers showing the various stages of manufacturing . It starts with a receiver in the rough forging state as Cooey would have received them from the foundry up to the finished product. I acquired them from John Belton who wrote the Cooey book. Likely it is the only set in existence.

Yeah, I think they are kind of neat. When I acquired them, John gave me a signed copy of the Cooey book. He also gave me a signed copy of the first draft which most people have never seen. While on Cooeys, below is a sign I picked up from another collector.I have the original box for it. He also had the little Cooey shotgun proof stamp that you see on top of the barrels as well as a Cooey factory paperweight. Foolishly, I turned those 2 items down. I believe a forum member acquired them though.

Really neat items. Thanks for sharing.
My mother and her sisters bought my grandfather a Cooey 20 gauge for Father's Day back in the late 50's early 60's. I inherited it and now my kids are using it.
