I have a Cooey (Winchester) Model 39 .22 Cal. Single Shot rifle made at Cobourg Ontario, Canada about 1970.
It is shooting about 2 1/2 inches high at 30 yards.
The elevation on the rear sight is on the lowest notch.
Question(s): 1) Is this normal?
2) What is the normal range for sighting in this rifle?
3) What can be done to further drop the grouping?
Thanks to all!
