Yes.
The old ones have the bolt handle dovetailed and brazed to the body. Newer one have the handle pegged into the body and induction brazed.
But they are all the same. Doesn't mean they interchange, though. All were fitted to the rifle.
 
Sorry, but I have to say they are not all the same. I had a Cooey 39 and the later model 750. I was thinking the bolt in the 750 was a little gritty or stiff (unfired gun). So I took the bolt out of the 39 to see how smooth it would be. Low and behold it would not even go in. The little square where the bolt handle attaches to the bolt were different sizes and it would not fit into the groove of the receiver.

Experience's are what this site is about. From my experience with 4 or 5 bolts, I've never had one that didn't fit.
A few that didn't feel as smooth as others.

I'm not doubting your experience.
 
Chances are good that a given bolt will fit. It might have been only a certain year that something was different or maybe just not machined properly. All I'm saying is if one is looking at a replacement bolt from a later model, such as the 750, it might be a good idea to measure the little square where the handle attaches plus the little round nub before laying money out.
