cooking deer heart...need suggestions

I've had lots of deer heart and like it, But that just looks wrong! looks like what my wife calls me.

I'm sure it's delicious, but I guess I'm not the only one who thought it looked like a couple butt holes on a plate.

what is the best thing to do with a frozen pickled beef tongue? I grabbed a pickled one by mistake, I usually slow cook in my slow cooker a non pickled one.

If you really want to you can eats the tongue, brain, pancreas, kidneys, and the liver sounds kinda nasty but i'm gonna try it if i shoot a deer this fall.

Open it up and stuff it like a chicken, then tie it up and roast it.

This is what I do too. I put a few wraps of bacon around it as well. EVEYTHING is better with bacon!!!
