I checked my Wood Duck nestboxes friday and found a box with one hen inside with a few babies visible. They always leave the box the next morning so we staked out the box with our cameras from across the slough and got some great images!

We have about 80 boxes in Pitt Marsh. The jumpers were in Pitt Meadows near Katzie slough
