Stumbled up on a mention of these on Reddit, they seem pretty new. Extended switch covers for many Surefire and Streamlight pistol lights:

Seem to be good quality. Plastic is hard so you lose any soft touch but for those of us with smaller hands I think it's a good tradeoff. The texture is good or you can Dremel what you want into the blank ones. Depending on how you use them you can do between 3 and 6 lights with one pack. Amazon says they will ship to Canada, not sure if anyone else has brought them up yet.
