Cool Video of Doug Koenig

When shooting, I place a lot less importance on my feet; the rationale being that if I'm leaning around a wall, crouching by a port, shooting while walking/leaving/arriving then the position is going to dictate the location of my feet far more than ideally placing my left foot 6-8 inches in front of my right. I focus only on how far I'm leaning with my upper body, and presenting the same position from my mid-chest up which allows me consistent sight picture no matter what the rest of my body is doing.

What HB says. For static range practice and perfection of your technique what Doug is talking about is dead on, but for moving or weird shots its the upper body that rules. Although truly, in the end its all about trigger control and sight management. All things that Koenig talks about in his classes and other videos too. This one is just a great starting point.
