Cooper 52 classic 6.5-284

It was tongue in cheek and a bigger man can dish it out and take it. Others brag and self aggrandize to puff up and feel good about mediocrity in life.
Notice how it follows.....
Have a nice day.
oh we can surely do both,...and we dont consider ourselves anything,....its to bad that someone like yourself has nothing to brag about.....good day to you.

Well there we go...I can buy the WT story I guess lots of folks have done the rough score thing the the first time or two around. I still don't buy the pack bit...I know it's possible to get that much weight on your back, I just don't buy someone coming out of bighorn country for 25km with that muh weight on....either way...back to Coopers....

Haha! Dang near spit my drink all over my screen. So... Quoted for awesomeness and LOLs!

....light weight's over rated.

....my cousin used the same 12 pound sako last fall and walked in 25km,shot his ram and walked out of the mountains another 25km,with a 150 pound pack....as I said, light weight guns are over rated....

And then... Quoted for truth!

I still don't buy the pack bit...I know it's possible to get that much weight on your back, I just don't buy someone coming out of bighorn country for 25km with that muh weight on....

Apples and trees.

Sorry kman I think this thread went off topic. I love coopers
I'm heading out to the range late February or very early March to test more load development with this super accurate cartridge. It seems to love H-4831, H-4350, and VV-165 with 140 grain bullets. Once the results are in I'll post them on this thread for Kman and others for encourgement. (Not that I have any invested interest, but maybe Clay will make a sale; sans les bouffon comments. Clay is a great guy to deal with and I'm personally grateful that he has introduced Coopers to Canada and the business he operates.) I ordered my 6.5x284 with a 26 inch barrel to achieve a little higher velocity, well I'm not disappointed.
