The test target that comes with each rifle lists the bullet, and the powder, but not the other details. As for being more specific, that is not possible without knowing which cartridge you are referring to.
Funny, of all the three Coopers that I own I never used their load data for hunting/accuracy. Not that I haven't tried it, I always found that happy medium load from other sources.
You're never going to get a "one size fits all" load, but the test loads are a "Well looky here, the guns not broken" load. HSM used to load the test ammo, might still do it for all I know.

Info on the load I asked about in my case it was the 243 Winchester and the info they gave me was 40.8 gr of h380 2.670 c.o.a.l and a 70 gr Sierra blitz king. That's different from what dogleg's list says
I never put much faith in the factory provided targets, whatever they used to get that group is most likely not something we would ever use anyway. Different bullet, powder, way light on the powder charge, etc...
