My Cooper Phoenix in 6.5-284 is the most accurate rifle I own.
I have a stack of 10 targets shot one calm day with 5 shot (NOT 3 shot!) ranging from 0.29" to 0.35". I am sure a benchrest competitor would shrink that under 1/4".
