Cop cuts moose in half with car

Holy Hannah what a mess!

Cop is injured and in shock after colliding with a moose - the ass end of which is spilling blood, guts and moose feces all over his passenger seat.


You can almost hear the screaming.

 
DAM!!! i seen that A LOt B4 , use to work on semi Trucks and drivers Would bring the trucks in the shop with that #### all over the under side of the truck!


Well That must suck for the cop. but i am sure he will have a lot of meat for a bit!

Exactly. Not a full grown bugger, otherwise that little coupe would have been a complete write-off.

He's lucky as hell that the way the frame sheared the moose it landed in his passenger seat and not through his own esophagus.

If there'd been a passenger in his car, they'd be gathering up his bits with a spatula.

A moose is tall enough that the car hood can pass under the moose and the body will wipe out the top half of the car, killing everyone in it.

I am really on the ball driving at night in moose country. They don't have reflectors....
 
What a mess hes very lucky. Most time they take out the whole top of the car. That kinda stuff happens all the time on our roads here in newfoundland and yet u still see drivers going insanly fast at night in wooded moose traffic areas.
 
And since this thread is in the hunting forum I shall say next time he should stand off at least fifty metres and use a gun.
 
My best friends son at the age of 20 was killed when he hit a moose at night. The moose also came through the windshield predominately on the drivers side, the front seat passenger lived.

I attended the scene the following morning to take care of matters on behalf of the boys parents. From the experience I can assure you the man in the video is very lucky to be alive.
