I'm going to be buying a couple of bricks of MiniMags today. What other ammo is copper washed? I don't have any mag loaders and am wanting to get away from handling lead. Most people don't care about it, but I'm paranoid. :D

Federal Copper plated are available in 38 grains HP or 40 grains Solids at CT

Else, there would be Remington Yellow Jacket

Winchester X22LR and X22LRH is copper washed. X22LR is a 40 gr, and LRH is the 37gr hollow point.

Does that mean you don't suck on your rifle either? :p

Just drink wine out of the barrel like the Spanish do with their shotguns. :D  (Safety note: don't do this it is a very bad idea).

Copper washed

Copper washed is not plating. It's like they tumble the bullets in copper dust or a similar process to coat them. For me, CCI has been best. I don't like lead covered fingers either. You will still likely get some soot on them from handling and loading semi-auto magazines, but it's not as toxic. Remington Yellow Jackets have an interesting bullet, but I've had problems with voids in the primers causing dud misfires. Maybe just a bad batch? But I've heard that about Rem rimfire from lots of people. I have a couple hundred rounds of Mini Mag to try my new Marlin. I have heard lots of good and no real bad about it.
