Corn Cob Tumbler Media

I got mine from cabelas, not sure whats in GTA,

for what its worth, as long as I put a good amount of brass polish in, stuff comes out super nice and shiney after 3 hrs or so tumbling, done about 10k cases with 5ilbs... prolly need to replace it soon

Better yet, go to Petsmart, and in the bird section they have some nice fine ground walnut for~ $22 for 25 lbs.

Been using it for a while, works great and doesn't get stuck in the flash holes on deprimed cases.

if you want corncob, lebaron will have it, as well bass pro shops. i think i saw it at williams arms as well in port perry.

I get corn-cob from the local pet stores. Adding some flitz media additive helps to get the job done.

I did get a huge bag of crushed walnut sandblasting media from the local Princess Auto for less than $30. Currently running this with some flitz, nu-finish car polish and a couple of capfuls of varsol and loving the results

I agree the princess auto media is great its cheap and the results are great. It's also a lot quieter than the regular Lyman stuff. I use it straight up no additives.

I bought a 30 lbs bag of industrial corn cob media from a sand blasting shop in South Calgary... Only thing is I think itnis so fine, left over particles were getting stuck in some of my 308 cases making them get stuck when resizing.
