CO's culling deer in Victoria :(

Yep - seen one CO out patrolling around and a buddy of mine watched one shoot a doe yesterday (With a suppressed rifle???). Seems they're culling all those fat tame deer that hunters can't get at.

Heck, there are some absolutely beautiful massive island bucks living in the area that I would love to get at, but can't. Just give me one day with a bow and permission to discharge within city limits and I'll have a full freezer!

I would certainly be able to fill my freezer with just the visitors to my own back yard. I could do it just as safely as any CO could as well.

I could even drive one of the big buck carcasses out to the real woods for a photo, make up some BS story and post it on the HBC forum.

Someone has been poaching them in my neighborhood. Deer parts are being found all over.

The people doing that aren't any sort of decent hunter either - leaving heads or headless bodies around. If you're going to kill an animal, do it for the meat, not for some sick fun!

I wonder if the "parts", are just some slob discarding the garbage after they've butchered the deer. I found a elk calf head years ago near down town that never made the news.

Three deer since mid October.
One headless left to rot and two dies in peoples yards with pass through shots.I have yet to hear the story in the media of the CO's culling with sound suppressed firearms though.
