Define "cost effective" for your needs. The days of cheap used guns are mostly gone and some of those would not produce good results at the bench.Would like to get my son moving up from his 22 Winchester Cooey would like to get a cost-effective 223 rifle wonder what people would recommend it’s just gonna be for bench shooting any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Bergara Stoke 223 and they're mag fed. Short length of pull and can add spacers as needed. Good trigger, smooth action, and a Remington 700 foot print for up grades. The 16" barrel makes it a handy rifle in the woods.Would like to get my son moving up from his 22 Winchester Cooey would like to get a cost-effective 223 rifle wonder what people would recommend it’s just gonna be for bench shooting any input would be greatly appreciated.
