Instead of a straight end cut, can you put a 45 or 30 chamfer on the end face. That would give it that cool look?

I was of the same mindset a while back until I tried out a hand guard that was made from a higher end company that copied a noveske design.he's been running it on his AR for over a year with no issues

They rails have a spot for a pin same as the noveske design. Your could drill and pin the rail to your upper if needed

can you give us more info on the type of steel or aluminun for the bbl nut and rail, I would be interested to see a 15.5 to 16" rail for the 18" barrel.,
