I got 20,000 rounds of Winchester Expert a few years ago for $10 a brick of 500. I'm stocked up for awhile yet. The real bonus is they shoot great from my new Ruger 77/22.

The gun shop in town did an ammo sale at $18 for a brick. but it usally sits around the $25-35 range

Best deal around here is 20.99 and tax for the 500 Winchester target black box stuff... but it takes them months to restock.

Factor in $25 for shipping and your still around $25 per box etc... and some stores sell them for $22+ tax while others are around $28+ tax. So depending upon where you buy your ammo theirs either no savings at all, or very little.

Man, I'd probably spend $500 on .22 ammo if I could get it $10/500...

I tried out the Blazer stuff today, worked great in my GSG1911, no FTE/FTF at all and I shot about 200 rounds.

If I see any below $20/500 I'm going to buy out the store I think.

Anyone know how much you can store in your house? What is considered reasonable?
