Cougar E of Dunmore (SE AB)

My wife had to drive to Swift yesterday, just E of Dunmore on the S side of the #1 she saw a cougar out in an open field, about 1 hr after sunrise.

Cougar is always a chance sighting, but am wondering if you guys that hunt 118/119 have spotted any on the bench or the flats this yr?
We were hunting deer in the Comrie area of 102, and saw tracks down there, just wondering how much they're spreading?

Cougar in an open field during daylight IS a rare sighting indeed! Too bad no pics!

We saw not one but two in broad daylight this year abd got pics of both!. However it was in the back country. There's one causing a stir at home and yet another I heard about too. They really came out of the woodwork this year. I am puzzled as to why.
