Repairs

First of all, you are going to have a very difficult quest if you are trying to find a new bolt for your Voere rifle.

POST A PICTURE of the bolt, and show where it has been screwed up. In fact, post 2 or 3 pictures. What may look hopeless to an inexperienced person can sometimes be repaired by a good gunsmith. You got to give the people out here more information if you want help.

If it is just the bolt handle, another bolt handle can be welded on fairly easily, but it is a gunsmith job, not one for the local welder, because of the heat treating of the metal.

Depending upon how badly the bolt is screwed up, it will probably be cheaper to let a gunsmith repair it. Have you taken it to a Gunsmith for his opinion?

If he just FD'd up the bolt handle simply have a competent smith weld on a new one.FL resize .300 Win mag brass to make .308NM and trim if needed.........Harold

If your rifle is the same as the one shown in the link below, it's hard to understand why someone felt the need to modify the bolt hand to clear a scope.

The action appears to be a modified military Mauser 98. If the bolt handle is buggered up, welding on a new one would be a simple job for a competent gunsmith.

Looks like a standard 98 ex-military mauser action to me...........a bolt shouldn't be a problem.............Harold
