Couger eating coyotes??

Got this in a email, it was taken about a mile from my hunting grounds. I thought this was very strange.

BTW the pic was taken at Moose Mountian Provincial Park. Its in the south east of sask

Anyways, cougers will also eat smaller cats like Bengals, serpals and other breeds. Apparently, being in the same Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order & Family doesn't mean much to them.

they will kill your hounds and eat them
so, dog is dog
I've seen a cougar and a bear duke it out over a kill
I've seen where wolvies have pushed a cat off a kill
house cats & house dogs are just chicken to a big tom

Out here in AB a lady had a couple alpacas killed and when she and her dog went to investigate they found one covered with grass and the cougar came out to challenge them.they retreated and went to the house were she fetched the 30-30.Instant replay when returning to the kill except the cat got introduced to the 30-30 Done deal......................Fish + Wildlife took the cat..............Harold... by the by golden eagles regularly hunt and kill adult coyotes
