Could i really let this one go past by me....

The old Luxus is based on the S, but with a much narrower stock and steel magazine (in-line as opposed to rotary). They even made them in full stock versions; I have never seen one in real life but suspect it would be a sweet handling little rifle.

An acquaintance has one of the "newer" SBS fullstocks. I wasn't sure about it, whether I liked it or not, when I first saw it. It has the staggered steel mag.

The receiver appears to be the same style as the SL, L, M and S models, just the trigger guard and magazine being different. Nice looking rifle.
Damnit K, now there's another one I have to be on the lookout for.

Are we not always on the lookout for those high quality rifles... Not a day go by without a serious lookout tru the dealers inventory... JP.

According to a french site in Paris, all new modular Luxus Steyr come with a direct and set trigger ass'y ( both are together) with the gold plated trigger, internally adustable to 6 to 14 ounces (set) and between 1.5 and 4 pounds (regular)... That a good thing... JP.

That is a beautiful rifle you have purchased. My sincere hope is that you get the clothes that buddy was wearing in the video and post a pic. Now that would really be classic:)

When back in Provence-Alpes, i will look to find at least a hat like in the video... JP.

Question: at [1:08] the shooter manually resets the trigger. What's the deal with that?
Gunrunner 100 is right, this rifle come with the direct trigger adjustable from 1.5 to 3 pounds and also the single set trigger (included) is activated by pushing forward on the GOLD ( ha...ha) plated trigger, adjustable from 6 to 14 ounces... JP.
