Could M305 use M5 bayonet?

I believe that it is the M6 bayonet that goes with the m-14 and it's clones. As well, the stock m-305s do not come with a bayonet mounting lug, so would have to ensure you have one in order to secure a bayonet

basically, it involves removing the flash hider/front site along with drilling the welds that hold it on, and replacing it with a usgi flash hider/front sight, then obtaining an m6 bayonet-all for the M14, THE 305 is just a close clone- you won't find one for the 305- your m5 is meant for a GARAND- there's enough differences between the two that it won't work
