Went down to Nanaimo today, dropped of the significant other at the mall and went to WSS for a quick tour and to pick up some fishing gear. Well got the fishing gear all right, but also some DVDs that they had on clearance. Picked up three interesting ones Bullet Casting 101, Advanced Handloading Beyond the Basics and Sierra Highpower Rifle Reloading. I just got an old muzzleloader a few weeks ago, and am humming and hawing over a friends hunting rifle. I think if I do get a centrefire rifle I might try reloading. The total normal cost for these three DVDs was just under 100$. On clearance I got all three for 6$, 2$ each. Going to watch them tonight. When I picked up herself and she saw the price I was actually praised for being a good bargain shopper, and was asked nicely if I was going to start relaoding the .22 and would it be a lot cheaper then buying the ammunition
. After a short discussion about rimfires, she sugested that perhaps "we" could get a gun that "we could both shoot" and you could reload. She drove back home, My mind was somewhere else besides driving.
