CARBINE
CZW 9 K
Origins of this weapon stem from the military model (CZW 9 FC), we have deployed the same concept and overall design.
Gun utilizes a blow back action, trigger mechanism with an internal hammer, cocking handle has a safety notch. Stock is fixed; the gun shoots only in a semi-automatic mode (one shot per one squeeze of a trigger only, no burst).
Field stripping for cleaning and lubrication happens without utilization of any tool. The weapon falls apart into five major assemblies, enabling proper and easy cleaning of the internal, hidden parts too.
The weapon is designed first of all for a conditional shooting, the folding leaf sights are set for a distance from 50 to 200 meters. On the top of the weapon, the mounting rail enables attachment of different kinds of sights.

I'm sure the Czechs wouldn't have an issue with pinning, blocking or even shortening mags for us if orders were large enough. We could even adapt a readily available mag to suit the purpose too. I'd wager that a bit of welding and a dremel could fab a suitable mag out of nearly anything available up here.Angular looks aside, I see a 15-shot magazine. Our elders and betters have decided Canadians cannot be trusted with rifles that have more than 5-shots and pistols with more than 10-shots. If that magazine was a one-for-one swap with a readily available 9mm pistol mag, the rifle might have a better chance coming into the country.
All their firearms look like some poor game modder's blocky 3d models.
Not beautiful but not hideous either.....kind of middle-of-the-road, looks-wise. I like the size and simplicity.
