I don't know if this has been asked before, search turned up nothing.

Could these be imported into Canukistan? They come with a 10 round drum magazine, and the barrel is 10.5". Retail is $1250 + $200 10 round mag, so I don't know how much demand there would be for them, but damn these would be cool. And for the record, if these could theoretically be imported, I would purchase one.

As you know, the Thompson is prohib. Just because it's a pistol version would not un-prohib itself.

Unless the action is TOTALLY different, and not based on the original Tommy (unlikely, since they talk about pouring over original design docs), you're SOL - not able to be imported.
