Could you tell me what the differences between SKS and type 56

Stock wood notwithstanding, the early type56's (1956 - 1964) are for all intents and purposes, EXACT copies of the final Soviet SKS45 design. And the post 1964 guns, were the same with only gradual small changes in profile and parts design.

As type56 production began to spread to smaller facilities throughout China, variations in overall finish quality can be seen between the various arsenals and factories. Until 1984 all Type56 production was to mil-specs, so despite variations in overall finish quality, function and accuracy was largely uniform among all new production guns.

Given that the original production accuracy is in the 5-6MOA-- accuracy is more or less uniform, with any significant variation in accuracy likely being attributable to use and wear or poor technique. Or both.

Early Chinese SKS used Russian tooling and had screw in barrels rather than the pinned ones now.I had an early one with that and a blade bayonet that thought it was a bolt action accuracy wise.

The chinese 56 is a cheap rip off from what I have seen.

That's woefully incorrect. The Commercial SKS rifles produced after military production ceased were of dubious quality, however, the military guns are fantastic. SKS production in China was established with Soviet help, so calling them a rip-off is completely wrong.
