Couple Questions Parts for AR

First off I am looking for an upper receiver block for my .223 AR, I have searched most of the site sponsors and only found a lower receiver block for a .308, so if anyone knows where I can find one that would be great.

Secondly I am looking to get a Geissele DMR Hi-Speed Trigger and do not know which one would fit my Stag Arms Model 4L (20 inch), the Large pin (Colt .169) or Milspec (Small Pin . 154).

Try giving Arms East a call they're really good to deal with over the phone, they can be a little slow with Email sometimes
