Covering your muzzle !

I've been using the electrical tape for over 35 years and we insist upon it for our hunters. The impact doesn't change a bit and it really beats the alternative if you squeeze the trigger on a mudded or icy barrel. A piece of twig or grass can really wreck your day. Electrical tape is fine but I have read cautions about using duct tape as it won't stretch and pop off.

A few years ago one of the Security/First Aid attendants at work gave me a handful, to use on gun barrels when out hunting that is. They work great, on gun barrels, but I could sort of 'sense' the reaction so I elected not to mention them. Go Tod!
