Cowboy action gear

Site sponsor: Marstar, might be a good place to start. The site offers a variety of western holsters and gun rigs. Another Canadian source: Last Best West, out of Calgary. A quick Google search for "cowboy action holsters" will turn up quite a few other sources. Such as: Mernickle, Kirkpatrick Leather, El Paso Saddlery, Doc Noper, Tombstone Leather and many others. All top quality gun leather makers. These are all in the U.S., but do ship to Canada. There are plenty more not mentioned.
As mentioned, if handy with tools, you can always make your own. A simple process. Many examples of the process, on you tube.

Mernickle is one option: <https://www.mernickleholsters.com/cowboy-shooting>

Simply Rugged is another: <https://www.simplyrugged.com/ecommerce/LEATHER%20GUN%20HOLSTERS.cfm?cat_id=669>

Stay away from Black Hills Leather in Texas, their customer service leave quite a lot to be desired.

Sad. Rudi Lanzano used to be one of the best.
Good quality, fast and not too expensive.
I had nothing but good service from him in the 2005 to 2009 era.

About 5 years ago I decided to "B Western" and ordered from him. From order to delivery was 9 months and during that time he lied to me on the phone on 3 separate occasions. Plus after less than 1 seasons use the Conchos started to fall off the belt. Take a pass on him.

Check out Manuel Solis on Facebook - he did not have a website when I was dealing with him. Does great work and probably the cheapest you will find anywhere. He may be overwhelmed with business now but when I bought from him it was a matter of a few weeks to get the holsters. PM me if you want more details.

WOW!!
I've had mine since 2005 and the conchos on my holsters, roping cuffs knife sheath etc are just like the day I got them, and I use them nearly every weekend April to the end of October.
Something must have really gone off the rails with his firm.
