Cowboy Action Revolvers, Your Thoughts

Went down to our local Gun Shop here in Kamloops and I got to check out Cowboy action revolvers for the first time
and I'm going to stick with my S&W's, not a big fan of how the gun felt in my hand, I tried the Uberti and the Ruger and
both were nice guns but like I said to me they just didn't feel right and I'd safe queen it or sell it so I'm just going
to watch for another S&W revolver maybe in a 44..

The Ruger Blackhawk series have a bad grip IMHO. I have not tried the Varadero but it is said to be better. I mostly put better grips on my Rugers. The grip on the Freedom Arms I have is great, it is a Varadero style I'm told, but way wider.

The stock S&W K frames wood grip isn't great. The N Frames have rubber grips and I have no complaints at all. Ruger GP 100 has good rubber grips. Replacement grips are not that expensive for a common revolver.
