Cowboy guns

Ty Buffalo I think I will go and take another look, a friend and I went out to Rocky last Aug long weekend and watched the cowboys shoot. I think I was hooked after that. Just had to save up a little $$$. How makes a good holster??

Check Cabela's, US not Canada, they have a good selection of cowboy holsters and belts that are affordable. I use the Oklahoma leather gun belt with the triple K Big Jake Holsters.

I have just started shooting CAS this year. I would suggest going to a shoot. I have found that most of the people involved are more than willing to lend equipment so you can try it. Thats how they got me involved. I started with only a super blackhawk and purchased as I could afford it. I am now in a position to do the same for new shooters.

You will find its a great atmosphere fun and friendly. Good luck and great shooting.

We're always ready to let people try out our guns, so you can choose ones you are most comfortable with. I love my Ruger Vacquero .357 twins and chose Marlin .357 lever action so I can use the same bullets.
