I am considering upgrading my brace of .45 Long Colts. I would like to hear about everyones experiences with their present guns and what would they like to upgrade too some day.

I have Ruger and Schofield 45s right now (and a S&W, but that isn't a cowboy gun). Ruger is hell for strong, but I quite like the feel of the Schofield. FWIW - dan

I have a New Model Vaquero and a Pietta 73 I would like to upgrade the Pietta to a matching vaquero

I've got a uberti cattleman and a colt saa, and the fit and finish on the uberti is every bit as good as the original.

I held off until I cold get what I wanted. I now am the proud owner of a pair of Ruger New Model Vaqueros.357Mag 4 5/8" barrels in Stainless Steel. What would I upgrade to? I can't think of any other SA I would rather have.
