You could do a lot worse than listen to BSlim. He and his wife are 2 of my favorite shooting companions, they always have fun, they do more than their share of the work(both on the posse and help out with match stuff) and they still manage to finish close to the top if not the top of their categories.

Dropped into a shoot today in Hamilton, Ontario.

"Wentworth Shooting Sports Club"

There where about 25-30 competitors for the turnout.
Some of the warmest and friendliest that you will ever meet.

Yes Sir, even in Ontario.

Dominating guns seemed to be as follows;

Ruger New Vaquero's,
a cross between Uberti 1866 Yellowboys, 1873's
and a cross between Stoeger SxS and Win 97's

Dominating caliber was .38 for revolver and rifle

All said and done,
I still and will alway's love my 45 Colt.

HOWDY; I shot my prefered 45s there to-day. I find 45s better for indoor matchs.A hit is a HIT. Fun match.
