Just wondering what everyone here prefers when it comes to coyote calls. I'm looking at the Foxpro Firestorm but also looking for something a little more "old fashioned" as well.

I use a johny walker mouth call. By biting the reed lips I can make crow deer jackrabbit cottontail and mice squeaks. It works very well and hasn't froze. I also have a howler call. Don't know the make but it sounds good. Just keep your lips above the line or they feel weird for 20mins after

I first bought a Foxpro Spitfire and found myself switching to mouth calls after my second year of hunting yotes. Then I later got into custom calls and started practicing and improving my technique with instructional DVD's. Last winter, I took the spitfire only once and used mouth calls every other time. I find you can better control the pitch, volume and intonation of the sounds rather than using an ecaller.

Some nice pics on here:

I got the Fox Pro Fury and know that if I did not have electrictronic call there is no way you can call long enough on a blow call to get the proper success and I work with a game call company. I see spots after 4 minutes of contue calling...
