Coyote Guns - What's in your pocket?

Rem 700 VLS .204 with a jager 6-24x50AO IR. I love this thing. Have taken about 10 coyotes with it so far but shot alot of gophers this summer. Last coyote i shot was at 386yrds(lica range finder). Took him down in 1 shot with a hornady 32gr with W748 and WSR. Its a tack drive and does the same trick as my buddys 22-250.

Last winter I was using my 21" barreled T/C Contender in 223 with 40gr V-Max @ 3400fps

This year I will be using my new 22" barreled Sako 85 Grey Wolf in 22-250 loaded with 52gr Speer HP's @ 3700fps as well... :)

I'll also have a older 26" barreled Ruger tang safety in 22-250 that loves 55gr anything and would load it with 60gr Sierra Varminter HP's and a Vorre actioned 6mm-284 loaded with 70gr Ballistic Tips @ 3600fps if I was going after wolves.

1. CZ 527 LH American in .204 Ruger (generally gets the call these days)

2. Tikka T3 Lite Stainless LH in .223

3. Tikka T3 Camo Stainless in .22-250

4. Remington 700 VLS in .204 Ruger with custom Pac-Nor barrel (heavy! too heavy for a calling rifle, really).

T3 lite 22-250 with Bushnell 4200 elite

Also have a savage 10fp with a Mcgowan stainless barrel chamberd in 22-243 Middlestead on the way (shipped on Tuesday, should have it by the middle of next week). And I have a Leupold Mark 4 5.5-20X50 M1 for glass. I am getting pretty excited about it. It is my first wild cat so I have lots of learning to do. Jerry (mysticplayer) has been a big help.

brno ZKW465 22 k-hornet, got one the other day at 220+ metres, probably more like 270 metres. i say this because it was beyond the convienient 220 metre marker i have.

I aint gonna lie, its a heavy gun but they are accurate.. i think mine is 13.5lbs

Lots of good descriptions but not enough pics. Tod - that is a nice setup, not as nice as the LVSF but I am sure it kills them real dead. I am considering jumping ship from Sierra/Hdy to Speer and possibly Barnes. I guess I am just too cheap to buy the expensive stuff. I am waiting for some 33 gr TNT's to arrive along with 35 grain VMAX for my hornet. I have some Barnes TSX 45 gr I want to try through the .223 Rem but man those are some expensive bullets for coyotes.

Fire: The stock on the .338 and the .308 below it are McMillan A5 stocks.

I am wondering if anyone here has tried a .17HMR on coyotes. I wouldn't mind taking out two of my buds but I only have 2 proper coyote guns - shoul I just use my Savage .308 Win or try the HMR?
