Residents - no license or tags needed
Non-residents - Coyote/wolf license required + WLC
Private lands with permission, all year and as many as you want.
Public lands - IIRC it is Oct 15th to Mar 31st and you must salvage the pelt.
But you really need to read the reg's yourself.
