Ive always wondered what everyone does with the coyotes they kill. Its just been a question that i've always been curious about.

Don't technically have to do anything with them since here they're considered varmints or pests. No different than gophers.

Personally, I hunt them with my Hutterite friend only during prime pelt months. He sells the hides at the fur auction and rewards me with his wive's apple, and saskatoon pies.

X2 on the prime pelt season. I have a good friend who snare's 'em, & has all the skinning and prep facilites. I "gift" them to him & he processes them for the fur market. I only ask that I get pelt once in a while for the den.

In NL we bring them to a Wildlife officer for a bounty

Hides go for sale or give aways to crafters, carcass gets frozen and used as bear baits.

Depends on the pelt, which depends on the winter. Good ones are 50-75 bucks. But that's just an estimate.

Yeah but the $25 is good year round, even if it is mangy or bald.

Pays for the ammo and gas if you get a couple. We used to have a bounty here, but not in a long time. The municipality here should start one again, as they pay the farmers for wolf/coyote kills anyway. $125 for a sheep I believe.

Bull####...no one pays anything for a mangy coyote pelt. You can't do anything with with. No even $2.00
